1. What am I actually buying?
A one-time registration that unlocks a discounted per-credit rate for 12 months. You are not enrolling in any courses yet – you’re securing the discount and the flexibility to register for courses whenever you’re ready during the year.
2. What does “Pay As You Register” mean?
Your bundle is a one-time purchase. When you’re ready to take a course, you register and pay only the discounted per-credit fee for that course. No subscriptions. No recurring charges. You control the pace.
3. How long do I have to use my credits?
12 months from your bundle purchase date. Unused credits expire after that window – they do not roll over.
4. Can I upgrade to a larger bundle later?
Yes, if both are true:
- You’re within 30 days of your original purchase
- You haven’t used any credits yet
You pay only the difference in registration fees. Example: upgrade from the 3-Credit Bundle ($100 registration) to the 15-Credit Bundle ($150 registration) = $50 upgrade cost. Your new bundle gets the larger credit count and the better per-credit rate.
Once any credit has been used, upgrades are no longer available.
5. Can I get a refund?
Yes, if both are true:
- You’re within 30 days of your purchase
- You haven’t used any credits
Simple rule:
- Unused bundle – eligible for refund
- Any course registered – non-refundable
6. Can I buy another bundle while my current one is still active?
No. Only one bundle can be active on your account at a time. Once your current bundle is fully used or its 12-month window expires, you can purchase another.
If you need more credits before your bundle is used up, use the Upgrade option (see #4) – available within 30 days of your original purchase.
7. How do I see my savings?
The bundle page shows, for every bundle:
- Registration fee
- Per-credit rate
- Projected total if you use all credits
- Total savings compared to $99/credit

8. How many credits per course?
Each course can be taken for 1 to 5 credits, depending on the depth you want. You pick the credit count when you register.
9. What happens after I finish a course?
- Your coursework is verified and your grade is processed
- Credits are submitted to the University of the Pacific, Benerd College
- You may request your official transcript
- E-transcripts are delivered immediately; mailed transcripts take 3-5 business days
10. What if I finish a course early?
You can request your transcript right away – no waiting for semester deadlines.
11. What if I don’t finish a course?
Your per-credit registration fee is non-refundable once the course begins, but you may re-attempt the course as long as it’s still within its access period.
12. Can I share or transfer my credits?
No. Bundles and credits are tied to your personal educator account and cannot be transferred, shared, or split with another teacher.
13. Are these real graduate-level credits?
Yes. All credits are:
- Graduate-level semester credits
- Issued by the University of the Pacific, Benerd College
- Regionally accredited (WSCUC)
- Accepted by most districts for salary advancement and license renewal

14. Will these credits count for salary advancement or license renewal?
Most districts and states accept them for:
