Transcripts

Every course you complete is recorded on an official University of the Pacific transcript. Here’s the difference between your unofficial and official copies — and how to order one.

Two kinds of transcript

Unofficial vs. Official.

You get an unofficial copy automatically. Order an official one when a district, state, or employer needs it sent directly.

Sent automatically

Unofficial transcript

Free · included with every course

  • Sent by the UOP Office of the Registrar once your grade is posted
  • Mailed via regular USPS — typically 10–12 business days to arrive
  • Lets you verify your courses and credits before ordering an official copy

Review it for accuracy first — it’s the easiest way to catch an error before you pay for an official transcript.
